To say Diense is exceptional at what she does is an understatement. She pours her heart into her work and therefore thoroughly understands the needs and desires of her client. Diense represented us in the search and purchase of a condo for my aging aunt and uncle who were selling their lifelong   home in Chicago. Diense took the time to understand the circumstances and help us find what turned out to be the best property we could have ever hoped for. It met ALL of their needs --- completely. They are the most important people in my life and so needless to say, this was a stressful journey for me and Diense understood that and was an invaluable support through the process. They are now comfortable and elated in their new home, largely in part to Diense's efforts. Her honesty and integrity and her kind heart make her the best agent for anyone needing representation in buying or selling a home. I unequivocally recommend her as a real estate partner!

Diense was great to work with. We drove her crazy with what we wanted and needed for my elderly mother. She took us out almost daily looking at homes for rent. I would send her information on homes as well as her sending me rentals to look at. She was very personable and was very helpful in ideas of what we could possibly do with some of the homes we looked at. It took forever since we were being so picky but she finally got us what we needed and at the price range we wanted to be at. I would recommend her to anyone she was great.

I was living in a rental unit when the place was sold.  I have 2 weeks to find a place that not only I liked, but that I could afford.  Diense found 3 places that she knew I would like and I would have taken any 3 of them - in fact, I'm now living in one of them and I am very happy.  The place is beautiful AND affordable.  I cannot recommend Diense enough.  She is very professional, hard-working, and she won't let you down!
