To say Diense is exceptional at what she does is an understatement. She pours her heart into her work and therefore thoroughly understands the needs and desires of her client. Diense represented us in the search and purchase of a condo for my aging aunt and uncle who were selling their lifelong   home in Chicago. Diense took the time to understand the circumstances and help us find what turned out to be the best property we could have ever hoped for. It met ALL of their needs --- completely. They are the most important people in my life and so needless to say, this was a stressful journey for me and Diense understood that and was an invaluable support through the process. They are now comfortable and elated in their new home, largely in part to Diense's efforts.
