Denise is such a rockstar! My finace' and I were purchasing our first home together in CHI and were very nervous. We were unaware of the legalities of purchasing (as we aren't from Illinois) and all of the other agents we'd worked with were pushy, trying to show us properties outside of our budget and unresponsive.Denise made us feel so comfortable and informed through the entire process. She was patient and honest about her opinions on properties (which we appreciated). Above all else, she simply listened to what we wanted and our budget and respected that.After searching through hundreds of homes for 6 months on our own, she found our dream home in 2 visits. She was even so kind as to virtually show us a home when we were out of town.I would recommend Baird and Warner and ESPECIALLY Diense to anyone. We wouldn't work with any other agent.If you don't work with her, you're missing out.
