I was very impressed with Diense and how hard she worked for my interest. She made me feel she really wanted what I wanted. We both believed the property was in very good shape and showed well. For some reason, in what is being said to be a sellers market, more difficult to sell than expected. We were not able to generate a lot of views. It took a major drop in price to receive our only bid.. I have sold all of my other properties by myself in a short period of time. . I am very glad I had Diense help and guidance with this property as I am getting older and a hour away from the property. I would recommend Diense to everyone!

I cannot IMAGINE a better Realtor than Diense Baniak. She guided me every step of the way, negotiated a 5K drop in asking price, answered every question I had in a timely manner and always made me feel secure. Her knowledge and expertise and professionalism are second to none. I honestly don't think I'd have my new home without her and her expert guidance. Moreover, Diense is warm, friendly and truly cares - she was a joy to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If I could give her more than five stars, I would.
